What is HR Connext?
HR Connext is an HR system for Thai SMEs that runs entirely on LINE — employees check in and out, request leave, claim expenses, view payslips and request certificates from the LINE app they already use, with no new app to install.
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Employees use the company’s LINE Official Account — no new app and no training needed.
Does HR Connext calculate payroll and tax?
Yes. Social security, provident fund and withholding tax are calculated automatically, and PDF payslips are sent on LINE every pay run.
Can I file PND.1 and social security through the system?
Yes. The system prepares PND.1 and PND.1 Kor data ready to enter on the Revenue Department’s e-Filing website (works on a Mac) or as an RD Prep import file, and creates the SPS 1-10 Excel file in the Social Security Office’s template for e-Service upload, with reminders before each deadline.
Is it compliant with Thai labour law?
It is designed around the Labour Protection Act, the Social Security Act and the Revenue Code — overtime never below legal rates and only with the employee’s consent, all statutory leave, no fines deducted from wages, and deductions, working time and overtime checked before every payroll.
Can it issue employment certificates?
Yes. Employees request employment and salary certificates on LINE in Thai or English; they are generated automatically with your logo and address after HR approves.

Do we need our own LINE Official Account first?
No. Start immediately on the HR Connext shared Official Account with no setup — employees link with your company code. If you want your own branding (Rich Menu with your name and logo), create a free LINE Official Account and connect it in settings later.
How secure is employee data?
Sensitive data such as full national ID and bank account numbers is encrypted separately from other data, and employee consent is collected under PDPA wherever personal data is stored.
Is there a free trial? Is it hard to cancel?
The first 14 days are free with no credit card. After the trial, choose a plan by employee count; cancel any time with no penalty.
How many branches can we use?
Unlimited branches. Pricing is by total employees only — add branches any time at no extra cost.
