Getting started with HR Connext
What HR on LINE is, what you need, and which companies it suits
What is HR Connext?
HR Connext is an HR system for Thai SMEs that runs entirely on LINE — employees check in and out, request leave, claim expenses, view payslips and request certificates from the LINE app they already use, with no new app to install.
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Employees use the company’s LINE Official Account — no new app and no training needed.
Does HR Connext work for foreign employees?
Yes. The employee LINE app and the HR website both work in Thai and English; each person chooses their language and it is remembered on their account. Government filings such as PND.1 and SPS 1-10 still follow the agencies’ Thai forms.
Do we need our own LINE Official Account first?
No. Start immediately on the HR Connext shared Official Account with no setup — employees link with your company code. If you want your own branding (Rich Menu with your name and logo), create a free LINE Official Account and connect it in settings later.
How many branches can we use?
Unlimited branches. Pricing is by total employees only — add branches any time at no extra cost.
Payroll, tax and Thai labour law
Payroll, withholding tax, social security, filings and employee documents
Does HR Connext calculate payroll and tax?
Yes. Social security, provident fund and withholding tax are calculated automatically, and PDF payslips are sent on LINE every pay run.
Can I file PND.1 and social security through the system?
Yes. The system prepares PND.1 and PND.1 Kor data ready to enter on the Revenue Department’s e-Filing website (works on a Mac) or as an RD Prep import file, and creates the SPS 1-10 Excel file in the Social Security Office’s template for e-Service upload, with reminders before each deadline.
Is it compliant with Thai labour law?
It is designed around the Labour Protection Act, the Social Security Act and the Revenue Code — overtime never below legal rates and only with the employee’s consent, all statutory leave, no fines deducted from wages, and deductions, working time and overtime checked before every payroll.
Can it issue employment certificates?
Yes. Employees request employment and salary certificates on LINE in Thai or English; they are generated automatically with your logo and address after HR approves.
Next, the AI assistant
What the AI assistant does, how data is handled, and what it costs
Is Next (the AI assistant) safe with employee data?
Yes. Next runs on HR Connext's own servers — employee data is not sent to outside AI providers. It only answers with what the asker's role is allowed to see; sensitive data such as national ID and bank account is masked, and every full view is logged.
What can employees do with Next?
Employees whose LINE is linked to the company just type in the LINE chat or the in-app chat — leave days left, leave history, attendance, OT, request status and company holidays, answered as cards from their own real data. They can request leave by typing, e.g. "leave tomorrow": Next asks for what is missing, shows a summary to check, and sends it to the supervisor once they confirm. Company rules can be asked too when the company has added them to its knowledge, and "talk to HR" reaches a person at any time. Salary figures never appear in chat.
Does Next (the AI assistant) cost extra?
Next is an add-on — see the current price on the pricing page (if it shows as free, it is free on every plan). It is always free during the 14-day trial. If it starts costing money, administrators are emailed in advance, and nothing is charged until you choose to buy it — per company or only for the users you pick, as shown on the pricing.

How much does HR Connext cost?

Is there a free trial? Is it hard to cancel?
The first 14 days are free with no credit card. After the trial, choose a plan by employee count; cancel any time with no penalty.
Data security and support
How employee data is protected, and how to reach us
How secure is employee data?
Sensitive data such as full national ID and bank account numbers is encrypted separately from other data, and employee consent is collected under PDPA wherever personal data is stored.
